Become a Guide in Copenhagen
Introduction to our guide training
At Gvidi, we believe the best guides are those who are well-trained, passionate, and genuinely curious about Copenhagen and Denmark. That’s why we do our own guide training. Our comprehensive program equips you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to deliver outstanding experiences for international visitors.
As part of our team, you’ll gain hands-on training, mentorship from experienced guides, and opportunities to work with cruise groups, corporate clients, and tailored tours.
What does a guide do?
As a Gvidi guide, you will:
- Lead groups on bus and walking tours, sometimes combined with canal tours, inside visits in castles, etc.
- Share local insights, history, and culture with personality and flair
- Communicate effectively with international groups in multiple languages
- Adapt experiences according to safety management depending on size of group and pace of guests
Your role is to make every visit engaging, memorable, and seamless for our clients.

We look for people who bring:
- Curiosity and passion for Copenhagen and Denmark
